Friva provides a variety of services and procedures, some of which are covered by insurance, but most are not. We will provide you with the appropriate documentation to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
We will ask for your credit card information prior to your first visit. We will tell you the cost of the service or procedure prior to it being performed. Once services are provided, we will email you a copy of the invoice and submit the bill for payment via your credit card. If, for some reason, the cost was not explained to you or an error in payment happened, we will discuss it with you and make the appropriate adjustments.
